Routes to the Summit of Mount Kilimanjaro

Rongai Route

A gradual, steady climb starting on the northern side of the mountain. It avoids crowds and is ideal during the rainy season.

Marangu Route

Known as the "Coca-Cola" route, it's the easiest route with dormitory-style huts for sleeping, but often crowded.

Machame Route

Also called the "Whiskey" route, it's popular for stunning views and adventurous climbs. Busy areas include Barranco.

Lemosho Route

Renowned for its scenic views and excellent acclimatization profile, starting from a high-altitude drop-off.

Other Routes

Additional routes include the Northern Circuit Route and the Umbwe Route, offering unique challenges and perspectives.
